In association with Midland Foods Ltd the UK Food Basket has been formed to represent promotion to UK Provenance. We have listened to our customers and created this sector in reaction to their demands and initiatives; in doing so we are able to keep one step ahead and meet their required specification and criteria towards sustainable sourcing. We are avid supporters of the Food for Life Partnership, and are currently supplying caterers to help them reach their individual award levels.
